So, I'm really nervous. Tomorrow my son starts kindergarten. He's fine. I'm a wreck. I know that socially this is great and academically it's the beginning down the path of reading, writing and chasing balls of yarn.
Okay, so while my son really is start kindergarten tomorrow, but he will (probably) not be chasing yarn balls, which is more (or less?) than I can say for students the Meow Mix Acatemy. No, that is not a misspelling.
The "so good cats ask for it by name" brand from my youth is doing something so crazy and so creative, I can't not write about it.
The acatemy teaches "students" to think like a cat. I quote:
"When you expand your knowledge about how cats eat, play, sleep and exercise, you’ll be forging a better relationship with your cat. . .and we’ll all be happier!"
And none of us may be happier than the folks at Meow Mix, who are lighting up the blogosphere with this story. Is this good word of mouth marketing? Well it is absolutely worth talking about, true to the Meow Mix brand and likely to spread quickly online (the first link on the site is "Send Us to a Friend").
